An agent is a team member who works cases. Read-only viewers are free on all plans.
How does the trial work?
30-day free trial on your own subdomain — no card needed. At the end you choose a plan or walk away — nothing is charged.
Yearly or monthly?
Yearly billing is a 12-month term. Monthly billing can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Monthly prices are the yearly price times 1.2.
Who answers our customers?
Your own team — you create your agents and they handle all cases from your customers. Mari supports you with the software itself: setup, training, updates and help when something does not work.
What is the setup fee for?
One-time configuration of your domain, mailbox, forms, teams and branding, migration of your case list from Excel or Google Sheets, and team training.
Are prices final?
All prices in US dollars (USD), excluding VAT where applicable. Hosted in Germany (EU).
